A lot of university graduates can＇t be successful in one time and more or less bound to be employment frustration in the social background of increasingly severe employment situation.From psychological reflections of employment frustration of undergraduate,the paper analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of employment psychological frustration,and puts forward some countermeasures for university students.
