摘要
教育学中学生的"增值"是指学生在课程学习中各种能力的提升及其职业素质的养成。商务沟通课程教学高度重视理论讲解和实际操作相结合;充分发挥学生主体作用,引导他们构建自己的知识体系;注重学生职业道德培养和心理素质的提高是促进学生增值的途径。
In pedagogy,the increase in value of student refers the student improve each kind of ability and the professional ethics in the curriculum.The teaching of "Business Communication" discussed how to make students get added value through curriculum education from three ways.First,it put forward that curriculum education must attach great importance to combine the theory and the practice.Second,it expounded that curriculum education must bring into full play the main role of students,guide them to construct their own knowledge system and form their own characteristics.Finally,it pointed out that curriculum education must focus on students' training of emotional intelligence and improvement of will and moral character.
