摘要
在生殖系统内,活性氧主要由精子自身和精液中的白细胞产生,活性氧在低浓度时可以调节正常精子功能,而过量活性氧会引起氧化应激反应,影响精子膜功能、精子运动能力和DNA完整性,是男性不育的重要原因。因此,如何清除过量活性氧、进行抗氧化治疗是男性不育研究的重要课题。
In the reproductive system,reactive oxygen species is mainly produced from the sperm and leukocytes in semens.reactive oxygen species at low concentrations can adjust normal sperm function.But excess reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress,affecting sperm membrane function,sperm motor capacity and DNA integrity,which is an important reason for male infertility.Therefore,how to remove excess reactive oxygen species,treat with antioxidant will be an important research area in male infertility.
