摘要
关节镜下微骨折术是治疗膝关节软骨损伤的标准手术方式之一。在解除患者痛苦、恢复关节功能方面取得了满意疗效。近年来发现白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂蛋白/胰岛素生长因子1、骨形态发生蛋白2等可提高微骨折术后软骨的修复疗效。随着关节镜技术的发展,它应用于肩、髋关节软骨损伤并取得一定疗效。这预示着微骨折术迈进了一个全新的发展时代。
Arthroscopic microfracture surgery is in one of the standard surgical treatments of knee cartilage damage.where satisfactory results in relieving patients pain and restoring joint function are achieved.In recent years,it was found:interleukin-1 receptor antagonist protein/insulin-like growth factor-1,bone morphogenetic protein-2 etc.can improve the efficacy of microfracture surgery.With the development of arthroscopic techniques,which have been applied in the shoulder,hip cartilage injury,have obtained a certain effect,indicating that microfracture surgery has ushered in a new era of development.
