急性胰腺炎实验性动物模型研究现状

The Status Quo of Experimental Animal Models of Acute Pancreatitis

目前已运用多种方法成功建立了急性胰腺炎(AP)动物模型,来探讨AP病因、发病机制、病理生理等。成功复制AP模型是各项研究的关键,不同原因引起的AP,其使用造模的方法是不一样的。可根据自身的实验目的 ,结合操作难易、可行性等来选择适当的造模方法。现对几种常用的AP模型制造方法进行总结和分析,以便进一步探讨AP发病机制,从而为疾病的临床治疗提供指导思路。

In order to study the etiology,mechanisms and pathophysiology of acute pancreatitis（AP）,many AP animal models have been successfully established so far.Successful copy of AP models is the key for the researches.Model building methods are different for AP caused by different reasons.We can choose appropriate methods according to the experimental purposes and operation difficulty and feasibility.Here is to conclude and analyze several methods of establishing AP models,in order to further explore AP pathogenesis,providing instructions for clinical treatment of the disease.
