肩关节松动术配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

Observation of Effects upon Periarthritis Humeroscapularis Patients by Treatment of Shoulder Mobilization Combined with Warm Acupuncture

目的观察肩关节松动术配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将88例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(38例)。治疗组采用肩关节松动术配合温针灸治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为92.1%,两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者痊愈所需的疗次比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肩关节松动术配合温针灸治疗肩周炎可以明显提高痊愈率,减少治疗时间,是治疗本病的最佳方案。

Objective To observe effects upon periarthritis humeroscapularis patients by treatment of shoulder mobilization combined with warm acupuncture.Methods The periarthritis humeroscapularis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 50 patients and the control group of 38 cases.While the treatment group received the treatment of combination of shoulder mobilization and warm acupuncture,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Then the effects were compared.Results Efficient rate of treatment group was 98% and control group was 92.1%,which were of siginificant diffence（P〈0.01）;and treatment times of the two groups for recovery were significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shoulder mobilization with warm acupuncture treatment is able to significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the treatment time,and it is the optimal treatment for the disease.
