磷酸肌酸钠对老年脊柱手术患者的心肌酶学的影响

Effects of Phosphocreatine Sodium on Serum Myocardial Enzymes in Elderly Patients undergoing Spinal Surgery

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠对老年脊柱手术患者的心肌酶学的影响。方法 67例行脊柱手术的老年患者随机分为试验组(P组)和对照组(S组),P组予磷酸肌酸钠2 g术前30 min输注,术后继续应用磷酸肌酸钠2 g。分别于术前、术毕时、术后24 h抽静脉血,测定血细胞比容和心肌酶。结果术毕时,两组心肌酶的水平均较术前明显升高(P<0.05),但术后两组的心肌酶差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后24 h时心肌酶继续升高,且P组和S组间具有统计学差异,前者明显低于后者(P<0.05)。结论脊柱手术的围术期给予磷酸肌酸钠可以减轻老年患者心肌酶的释放,对心肌有一定的保护作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of phosphocreatine sodium on serum myocardial enzymes in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods Sixty-seven elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery were randomly divided into S group（n=33）and P group（n=34）.Phosphocreatine sodium 2 g was injected P group at preoperation and postoperation respectively.Blood samples were collected for determination of hematokrit（HCT）and cardiac enzyme at preoperation,postoperation and 24 hours after operation.Results Compared to preoperation,cardiac enzyme were significantly increased after operation in two groups（P〈0.05）,while P group were significantly increased compared with group S（P〈0.05）.Increase of cardiac enzyme was continued within 24 hours after surgery（P〈0.05）,but the levels of cardiac enzyme in P group was significantly decreased compared with S group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The results suggest that phosphocreatine sodium could reduce myocardial enzyme release and have protective effect on myocardial injury induced spinal surgery to some extent in elderly patients.
