缺血性脑血管病病人血清妊娠相关蛋白-A水平与基质金属蛋白酶-9水平的关系

Relationship between the Serum PAPP- A and MMP- 9 Levels in Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的研究缺血性脑血管病病人血清妊娠相关蛋白－A（PAPP—A）水平及其与基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平的相关性，探讨其在缺血性脑血管病中的作用机制。方法选择缺血性脑血管病病人96例作为病例组，健康体检者64例作为对照组。酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测病例组与对照组病人血清PAPP—A和MMP-9含量，皮尔逊（Pearson）相关分析法分析病人血清PAPP—A水平与MMP-9水平的相关性。结果：病例组病人血清PAPP—A与MMP-9水平均明屁高于对照组（P〈0．01）。病例组病人血清PAPP—A与MMP-9水平均呈正相关（r=0．49，P〈0．01）。结论缺血性脑血管病病人向清PAPP—A水平升高．并且与血清MMP-9水平相关。

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the serum levels of the pregnancy associated plasma protein - A （ PAPP - A） in the patients with isehemic cerebrovascular disease and its correlation with matrix metalloproteinase -9 （MMP -9）, and to study the possible mechanism of PAPP - A and MMP - 9 in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. METHODS ： Total of 96 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were chosed as case group and 64 healthy people as control group. The serum levels of PAPP - A and MMP - 9 were measured in all the groups with enzyme- linked immuno sorbent assay （ELISA）. Pearson correlation was used to analysis the correlation between the serum levels of PAPP - A and MMP -9 in the case group. RESULTS： The serum levels of PAPP - A and MMP -9 in case group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The serum levels of PAPP - A in case group were positively correlated with that of MMP -9 （ r =0. 49, P 〈0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION ： The increased serum level of PAPP - A in the patients with ischemie eerebrovaseular disease is positively related with that of MMP- 9.
