摘要
以取代水杨醛为消旋催化剂,通过加入手性助剂,实现了苯甘氨酰胺结晶诱导的动态动力学拆分.在优化条件下,单程收率达82%以上,光学纯度达99%ee.手性助剂可以回收,含消旋催化剂的母液可以循环套用,三次套用的平均收率高达99%,光学纯度>99%ee.
With substituted salicylaldehyde as racemization catalyst,crystallization-induced dynamic kinetic resolution of phenylglycine amide was successfully carried out in the presence of resolving agent.Under optimized conditions,the single-run resolution yield was upward 82% with enantiomeric excess higher than 99%.The resolving agent can be recycled,and the mother liquid which contains the racemization catalyst can be reused.The average yield of the three time's recycling was up to 99% with ee99%.
