人工饲草料地建设在草原生态建设和牧区经济发展中占有重要位置。可解决退牧还草工程实施中,草地禁、休牧后牲畜饲草问题;改变牧区传统的放牧方式,实行冷季舍饲,暖季放牧,减轻天然草地放牧压力,改变草地生态环境;为牧民定居工程提供可靠的保障,使牧民安居乐业,提高牧民的生活、文化水平。

The population growth,the expansion of livestocks,the grassland degradation,the low efficiency and the difficult increase in herdsmen ＇s incomes are long-standing problems in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The herdsmen ＇s life were very difficult for the traditionally nomadic cultures,and a serious threat to their lives and property due to complex topography and the poor living condition.Only through artificial grasslands construction,optimize the allocation of resources and fixed pasture utilization in the warm season and house feeding in the cold season in pastureland,can reduce the grazing pressure of the natural grassland and improve the ecological environment of grassland and the herdsmen ＇s living standards.
