从送检的犊牛病料中分离到2株细菌,经动物试验,生化鉴定,血清型鉴定,确定为肺炎链球菌和沙门氏杆菌混合感染。并通过药敏试验选择对这些细菌抑制效果明显的药物开展了治疗。
