摘要
环形泰勒焦虫病是一种蜱传性血液原虫病,对养牛业危害严重。笔者将2011年7月伊犁奶牛环形泰勒虫临床诊断、实验室血液检查及PCR诊断方法及结果进行报告,为奶牛环形泰勒焦虫病的综合诊断提供新思路。
Theileria annulata is a tick-borne blood protozoosis,causing serious damages to the cattle industry.The methods and results were showed that clinical diagnosis and blood examination in the laboratory and PCR gene amplification was applied to Theileria annulata in dairy cows,which show the ideal of comprehensive diagnosis of Theileria annulata.
