摘要
在超短脉冲的展宽压缩系统的实验过程中,需要入射到展宽器中的光束倾斜一定角度。研究了在三维下光束倾斜入射到展宽压缩系统的情况,通过光束追迹法建立了展宽压缩系统的三维数学模型,给出了光束的水平倾斜角对展宽压缩系统的光程、群延时(GD)、群延时色散(GDD)等的影响,给出了展宽压缩系统的不同参数的相互补偿关系。通过计算,在引入水平倾斜角后,入射光和出射光仍然基本平行,而水平偏转角使长波部分的光程变动比短波部分的光程变动更大,水平偏转角每变动0.1°,需要相应的调整光栅位置0.2mm左右来补偿。
In the experiment of stretching & compressing for ultrashort pulse, it's necessary to introduce certain horizontally slanting angle. Comparing to the traditional paraxial approximating calculation of stretching- compressing system within 2 dimensions, a mathematical model of 3-dimension for stretchingcompressing system is shown via getting each point 's 3-d coordination with ray-tracing method. The relation between slanting angle and the total light path, group delay, group delay dispersion, etc are shown. Mutual compensation of each parameter in this system is also discussed. The output ray is approximately parallel to input ray, and the IR part of spectrum is more sensitive than the UV one to the slanting angle. With 0. 1 degree changing of slanting angle, it's necessary to change the position of grating by 0. 2 mm for compensation.
