富血小板血浆在脊柱外科的应用 被引量:1

摘要 富血小板血浆因富含多种生长因子,有利于机体组织修复,具有广阔的临床应用前景。许多研究提示富血小板血浆具有促进修复退变椎间盘的作用,但在提高脊柱融合效果方面的研究结论分歧较大,这可能与富血小板血浆制作方法差异较大有关。该文就富血小板血浆在脊柱外科的应用研究现状作一综述。
