摘要
介绍了复杂环境下高180 m、外直径16.6 m,壁厚460 mm(±0.0 m标高处),+8.10 m以下无内衬的烟囱定向倾倒爆破拆除的相关施工工艺。选择梯形爆破切口,切口圆心角220°,切口高度4.2 m并进行了爆前预处理。通过开挖减震沟、铺设缓冲垫层等安全防护措施,降低了触地振动和爆破飞石的危害,确保了附近建筑物安全,并对爆破效果进行分析与思考。
The construction technology on the directional explosive demolition of chimney in complex environment was introduced,which height is 180 m,outer diameter is 16.6 m and 460 mm ( + 0.0 m elevation place) in wall thickness, and with no lining below + 8.10 m. The blast cut is trapezoid,and incision angle is 220 degree, and incision height is 4.2 m. The security protection measures of the vibration damping ditch and foreshadowing the buffer layer reduces the damage of the touchdown vibration and the flying rocks hazards, and ensuring the safety of nearby buildings. The analysis and summarization on the blasting effect will provide experience and technical reference for the similar engineering.
