摘要
爆破挤淤法是港口工程软基处理中常用技术,在长兴岛西防波堤(bank revetment)的爆破挤淤筑堤施工过程中,根据环境、水深、泥厚、堤高以及工程进度要求条件,通过力学计算和可行性及风险分析,达到了最大单次进尺18 m,突破了《水运工程爆破技术规范》给出的爆破挤淤筑堤每次推进的水平距离为4~7 m常规界限。采用体积平衡验算和钻孔探摸对挤淤检测表明,大进尺推进部位未发现有淤泥夹层,落底情况较好,达到了设计要求。
The blasting compaction method is the common technology of the soft foundation treatment in port engineering. Based on the surrounding condition, water depth, silt thickness, bank revetment height and engineering progress, through mechanical calculation, feasibility and risk analysis, single maximum footage was reached 18 m during the process of diking with blasting compaction method in west bank revetment of Changxing island,which brokes through the conventional boundary for 4 m to 7 m of "Technical Code of Blasting for Port and Waterway Engineering". The results show that silty interlayer were not discovered in large footage blasting position and vertical and dropping effects were well by checking calculation of volume equilibrium method and fixing checking of drilling, reached the design requirements.
