摘要
通过计算机模拟和试验,比较了两种不同充型曲线的低压铸造铝合金轮毂产品的轮辋力学性能。结果表明,在原材料及热处理相同工况条件下,曲线斜率不断降低的铸造充型压力方案所对应的力学性能,特别是轮辋的伸长率得到较大提高。
The mechanical properties of rim in die casting were compared experimentally and simulated in different filling pressure parameters. The results show that the properties, especially elongation of declining slope of the filling curve sample castings increase dramatically under the same conditions of raw materials and heat treatments.
