摘要
根据轧辊的性能要求,通过设计化学成分、改进熔炼和浇注工艺,研制成功离心轧辊新材料,显著提高轧辊的表面及内在质量。经实际生产验证,新材料和新工艺的应用,可大幅提高离心轧辊芯部强度,解决断辊难题;避免气孔、夹渣、缩孔和疏松等铸造缺陷,提高轧辊的生产率。
According to the working condition of roll, a new alloy composition was developed and melting and pouring has been modified. The new alloy and process can improve quality and surface quality of roll with higher strength in core section, less broken of roll, less porosity, shrinkage and melt in defects. The productivity has been improved significantly.
