摘要
木材缺陷是在木材应用中存在的一个不能忽视的问题,它影响了木构件的外观及其力学性能,最终决定该木结构是否能够继续使用。如何及时、有效的检测出古建筑木构件中的缺陷,探索到合理的检测方法,一直都是科研者共同的研究方向。根据检测机理的不同分别介绍一系列无(微)损检测方法,如传统检测法、应力波检测法、皮罗钉检测法、超声波检测法、微钻阻力检测法、应力波断层成像检测法,以及它们在古建筑缺陷检测中的应用,同时对这些方法的研究现状和发展趋势进行了总结。
Wood defect is one of the problems that can not be neglected in wood application.It affects appearance together with internal mechanics performance of the component,and finally determines whether the wood can be continuously used.How to timely and effectively test the defect in ancient architecture and find reasonable testing methods is always the direction of researchers.This paper introduced a series of non(tiny)-destructive testing methods such as traditional detection,stress wave detection,shapiro nail detection,ultrasonic wave detection,micro-drilling resistance detection and stress wave tomography detection as well as their application in detecting defect of ancient architecture.The current research status and development of these methods were also summarized.
