聚合物对泡沫混凝土孔结构和性能的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯聚合物乳液(简称EVA乳液)对泡沫混凝土力学性能、收缩性能和孔结构的影响。结果表明:EVA乳液能显著提高泡沫混凝土的抗折强度,使抗压强度先提高后降低;EVA乳液掺量越大,龄期越长,改善泡沫混凝土收缩的效果越好;随EVA乳液掺量的增加,100μm内小孔数量逐渐减少,100~200μm气孔数量逐渐增加,400μm以上大孔数量逐渐增加,孔径呈增大趋势。 The effects of ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer emulsion(EVA emulsion) on mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and pore structure of foamed concrete are studied.The results show that EVA emulsion can improve the flexural strength of foamed concrete obviously,and let the compressive strength increase at the first and decrease later.The effect on improving the shrinkage of foamed concrete is better according to the increasing dosage of EVA emulsion and the prolonging ages.With the increasing dosage of EVA emulsion,the quantity of micro pores within 100μm is decreasing gradually,the quantity of stomata within 100~200μm is increasing gradually and the quantity of large pores above 400μm is also increasing gradually,and the pore size tends to increase.
