摘要
研究了用微波灰化和传统湿法消解处理3种傣药,利用原子荧光光谱法测定傣药中的微量砷.对2种消解预处理方法进行分析对比,发现微波灰化法是值得推广的消解方法.
Two sample preparation methods were adopted to digest three different Dai Herbs, and the contents of Arsenic was determined by AFS. Two methods of Dai herbs digestion pretreatment were analyzed and compared. The results showed that microwave ashing digestion method should be the preferable sample digestion method.
