摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南楚雄杜仲叶挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术并结合计算机检索对其挥发油的香气成分进行分析,鉴定出99个成分.用色谱峰面积归一法定量测定了挥发油中各组分的相对百分含量,分别占总峰面积的97.80%.
Constituents of essential oils extracted with steam distillation from the leaves of E. ulmoides Oliv. were analyzed by techniques of GC - MS - computer. 99 compounds were identified from the leaves respectively. The i-dentified relative content of the essential oils was 97.80 %.
