亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者FIB、hs-CRP水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)与纤维蛋白原(FIB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)变化的关系以及FIB和hs-CRP在亚临床甲减患者动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生过程中的作用。方法 62例亚临床甲减患者依照TSH水平分为A组及B组,24例正常健康者为对照组,电化学发光法测定TSH,全自动生化分析仪检测hs-CRP及FIB,颈动脉超声测定IMT。结果随着TSH水平的加重,FIB、IMT及hs-CRP逐级升高,斑块发生率及斑块严重程度增加,且患者TSH水平与IMT水平呈显著正相关。结论亚临床甲减可通过FIB及血清hs-CRP水平改变引起动脉内膜厚度的增加,且随着TSH水平级别的加重动脉粥样硬化严重程度逐级增加。 Objective It is to approach the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and the changes of fibrinogen (FIB) , hypersensitive - C reactive protein ( hs - CRP) and intima-media thickness of carotid artery (IMT) in sub- clinical hypothyroidism patients and the roles of FIB and hs - CRP in the occurrence course of atheroselerosis (AS) in subclinical hypothyroidism patients. Methods Sixty-two patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were divided into group A and group B according TSH level. Twenty-four normal healthy persons were in control group. TSH was determined with electroehemiluminescenee method, hs- CRP and FIB were detected with supermatic biochemistry analyzer, and IMT was determined with carotid artery ultrasound. Results With the aggravation of TSH level, FIB, IMT and hs - CRP heightened step by step, and the incidence and severe degree of plaque both increased. The TSH level of patients has significant positive relation with IMT level. Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism may cause the increase of IMT with the changes of FIB and hs - CRP, and athero- sclerosis become more serious with TSH level increasing.
