摘要 针对现有客户需求与质量特性映射方法所存在的问题,提出新的多属性决策模型和多目标优化算法相集成的方法。该方法从客户需求相互影响的角度考虑,利用模糊DEMATEL方法确定客户需求重要度;利用Choquet模糊积分合成客户需求与质量特性之间的关联关系来确定质量特性重要度;兼顾影响质量特性实现的多方面因素建立了质量特性映射的多目标优化模型,进而通过第二代强度Pareto进化算法求解获得质量特性映射的Pareto解集,并利用信息熵优选法确定出最佳解。最后,以大型深冷式空气分离设备的研发为例,说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 Aiming at existing problems in the mapping methods of customer requirements and quality characteristics,a novel method of integrating multi-attribute decision models with multi-objective optimization algorithm was put forward.In this method,fuzzy DEMATEL was used to determine importance ratings of customer requirements in terms of influences among customer requirements.Choquet fuzzy integral was applied to aggregate association relationships between requirements and quality characteristics,so importance ratings of quality characteristics could be determined.Considering various factors affecting quality characteristics implementation,the multi-objective optimization model for quality characteristics mapping was constructed.The improved Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm 2(SPEA2) was employed to acquire the Pareto solution set of quality characteristics mapping,and entropy optimal selection technique was adopted to choose the best solution from the Pareto solution set.The feasibility and validity of the proposed method was illustrated by a development case of large scale deep cooling air-separating equipment.
