镀银纤维含量对织物抗菌性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为探究镀银纤维含量对织物抗菌性能的影响,以普通涤纶丝和锦纶镀银导电丝为原料试织了5组织物,采用振荡烧瓶法对不同镀银纤维含量的织物进行了定量抗菌性能测试和比较。实验结果表明:镀银纤维织物具有很好的抗菌效果,抑菌率随着镀银纤维含量的增加而提高,且与Boltzmann函数拟合显著相关;镀银纤维含量达到3.6%时,织物对大肠杆菌和对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为76.92%和99.36%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果要好于对大肠杆菌的抗菌效果;当镀银纤维含量达到11.99%时,织物对这2种细菌的抗菌性能都非常好,抑菌率均达到99%以上。 To study the influence of silver-plated fiber content on fabric antibacterial property,five groups of samples with common polyester yarns and silver-plated polyamide yarns were manufactured for the experiment,and a qualitative antibacterial test with flask-shaking method was performed and compared for fabrics with different contents of silver-plated fibers.The results show that fabrics with silver-plated fibers have good antibacterial effect,the bacterial inhibition rate will be improved as the content of silver-plated fibers increases and showed significant correlation with Boltzmann function when the results fitted with it.When the content of silver-plated fibers is 3.6%,the bacterial inhibition rate for Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus will reach 76.92% and 99.36%,respectively;and when the content of silver-plated fibers is up to 11.99%,the fabrics display excellent antibacterial effect against these two kinds of bacteria with bacterial inhibition rate over 99%.
