摘要
从Cu2+初始摩尔浓度、溶液pH值、处理时间、处理温度以及羊毛纤维前处理工艺(丙酮处理、剥鳞处理、巯基乙酸处理)等因素入手,以吸附量为指标,研究了羊毛纤维对Cu2+的吸附规律。通过比较处理前后羊毛纤维的力学性能,分析处理后纤维的损伤情况,发现由于Cu2+的进入,羊毛纤维的强力有所降低。通过傅里叶红外光谱对Cu2+—羊毛纤维进行结构表征,探讨羊毛纤维对Cu2+的吸附结合位置,表明Cu2+主要与羊毛纤维中的—COO-发生结合。
The adsorption rule of copper ion by wool fiber was investigated,using adsorption volume as index,by varying Cu2+ initial molar concentration,pH value,treatment time and temperature,and pre-treatment process(acetone treatment,scale removal mercaptoacetic acid treatment).The mechanical properties of the wool fiber before and after treatment were compared and the fiber damage after treatment was analyzed.It was found that the entrance of Cu2+ into wool fiber resulted in slight loss of fiber strength.The structural characterization of the Cu2+— wool fiber was performed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the binding site of wool fiber with Cu2+ was explored,indicating that Cu2+ mainly combines with —COO-in the wool fiber.
