摘要 针对实验方法无法获得导纱管内部各处纬纱牵引力的问题,为牵引力的理论分析与数值计算提供一种方法上的实现,将基于Fluent的主喷嘴流场数值模拟结果与相关文献的实验数值比较,得出了利用Fluent软件进行流场模拟的可行性。借助得到的主喷嘴导纱管内部流场的压力、速度及马赫曲线,可以得到主喷嘴导纱管内各处的纬纱牵引力。计算结果表明:纬纱在导纱管内所受牵引力随距离的增加而增大,在导纱管出口附近达到最大值;供气压力为0.2~0.4 MPa时,每增加0.1 MPa,纬纱总牵引力增加近1倍。 For some problems such as weft insertion force inside the thread tube couldn′t be obtained by experiment,an approach is provided for calculating and analyzing the weft insertion force in this paper.A comparison has been made between the numerical simulation for the interior flow field of main nozzle and experimental values from previous documents.The compared results show that Fluent is feasible for the simulation of the flow field of air-jet main nozzle.According to the values of pressure,velocity and Mach number from simulated results,weft insertion force in the main nozzle can be calculated.The calculated results indicate that weft insertion force will increase with distance in the thread tube,and the maximum point is nearby the outlet of the thread tube;when the air supply pressure increases 0.1 MPa within the range of 0.2 MPa to 0.4 MPa,weft insertion force increases nearly double.
