摘要
从风电产业、电力系统以及政策体系等3个方面,分析我国风电并网的障碍;在此基础上,提出应对风电并网问题的策略建议,包括完善风电技术创新体系、培养风电专业人才、完备检测认证体系,提高电网智能化水平、发展储能技术、推进非并网消纳设施建设,完善风电发展的法律法规,加大财税政策支持等内容。
This paper analyzes the barriers of wind power integration in China from the three perspectives： wind power industry,electricity system and policy system.Then suggestions to solve these problems are proposed,such as improving the wind power technology innovation system,training wind power professionals,perfecting comprehensive testing and certification system,enhancing the intelligence level of power grid,developing energy storage technology,promoting off-grid consumptive infrastructure construction,reinforcing the policies and regulations for the wind power development,as well as the support of finance and tax policies.
