摘要
本文研究了茶皂素的表面活性,从乳化力、起泡力,表面张力及酸碱度的影响等方面进行了探讨。
This paper diseusses the surface activity of teasaponin in the aspects of emulsify power, 1. thering power, surface tension and the influence of acid or dasic.
