水声对抗方案的系统综合评价方法研究

Research on System Synthetic Appraisal Method of Underwater Acoustic Countermeasure Strategy

采用系统综合评价法,利用多指标对每个指标采用不同的权值,对每个指标的评价值进行标准化处理,得到该方案的系统综合评价值,定量评价对抗方案的优劣。与传统的评价方法相比,系统综合评价方法可以更加准确、快速地找出最合理的对抗方案。

System synthetic appraisal method is adopted to quantitatively evaluate the strategy of underwater acoustic countermeasure. First of all, different weight is evaluated for every performance measure. Secondly, evaluation value of every performance measure is processed in standard way. Finally, the value of the strategy of underwater acoustic countermeasure is obtained. The system synthetic appraisal method can find the best strategy more exactly and quickly than traditional appraisal method.
