摘要
本研究以氯化镁、氢氧化钠为试验材料,葡萄糖作为表面活性剂,使用晶种法制备氢氧化镁,并对沉镁反应中颗粒沉降过程进行了初步研究。从而得出结论:分批加料较一次性加料沉镁反应速率快,并随着分批加料次数的增加,氢氧化镁的沉降速率呈递增趋势;葡萄糖作为添加剂能够促进氢氧化镁沉降;随着温度升高,晶体生长速率提高,有利于晶体长大;葡萄糖的不同加入顺序对沉镁反应速率有影响。
The process of particles settlement in precipitation reaction of magnesium hydroxide was preliminary studied.Reaching the conclusion: Batch feeding of magnesium reaction rate was faster than the one-time feeding and with the increase in the number of batches to join,magnesium hydroxide showed an increasing trend in sedimentation rate;Glucose as additive can promote magnesium hydroxide settlement;As the temperature increased,crystal growth rate increasd,being helpful for crystals grow up.joined the order of the different glucose impact on the reaction rate of magnesium.
