过共晶Al-28wt.%Si活塞合金复合变质剂的成分优化

摘要 采用正交试验方法对过共晶Al-28wt.%Si活塞合金进行P-RE-Sr复合变质处理,运用极差和回归分析,研究了P、RE、Sr添加量对合金热处理态力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金室温及高温抗拉强度与P、RE、Sr添加量均呈二次曲线对应关系,经成分优化后的P-RE-Sr复合变质剂可使合金室温抗拉强度达到217.034MPa以上,高温抗拉强度达到122.839MPa以上。 Used the orthogonal test to carry out the P-RE-Sr triplex modification on the hypereutectic Al-28wt.%Si piston alloy.Studied the effect of the various addition of P,RE and Sr on the properties of the alloy after heat treatment by maximal dispersion and curvilinear regression analysis.The result indicates that there is a quadratic relationship between the tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature and 300℃.Modified by the optimized modifier the tensile strength of the hypereutectic Al-28wt.%Si piston alloy at room temperature is over 217.034MPa,and the high temperature tensile strength at 300℃ is above 122.839MPa.
