摘要
提出一种降低重轨钢中T.O和H含量的工艺方法。通过RH精炼实践,探讨了真空处理时间、石灰调渣及驱动氩气流量对脱氧、脱氢的影响。结果表明,在真空纯处理15min,驱动氩气流量80m3/h及添加适量石灰调渣的工况组合条件下,获得了钢中w(T.O)=(5~6)×10-6、w(H)=10-6左右的RH真空处理效果。
The present paper introduces a new method of how to reduce T.O and H in the heavy rail steel.By practising RH refining the effects of vacuum treatment time,modification of slag in the ladle with lime and flow rate of the driving argon on the deoxidation and dehydrogenation are studied.Results show that under the working conditions of combination of pure vacuum treatment for 15 minutes,argon driving with 80 m3/h flow rate and modification of slag in the ladle with lime the best results of O and H removal have been achieved,namely T.O and H have been reduced to(5~6)×10-6、1×10-6 respectively.
