摘要
介绍了武汉钢铁股份有限公司条材总厂大型轧钢分厂引进奥地利HKA2200L160型冷锯的设备功能,结合型钢精整线投产运行的实际情况,分析了冷锯的生产工艺,探讨了生产线优化及提高冷锯产能的相关途径。
The present paper mainly introduced the functions of cold sawing machine type HKA2200L160 imported from Austria and analyzed the production process of the machine in combination with the running conditions of the finishing line of the profile steel since its being put into commission and discussed the optimization of the line and increase of the cold sawing productivity.
