摘要
通过对武钢高线轧机第7架出口扭转导卫损伤特点和原因进行深入分析,提出减少堆钢和提高使用周期的具体改进措施,据此将第7架分体导卫改为扭转组辊式整体导卫并应用于现场生产,成功解决了其频繁堆钢和使用周期短的问题,不但提高了高线轧机作业率,同时还节约了生产成本。
By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of the damage of the exit guard of the 7th stand of the high speed wire rod mill and its origin the specific improvement measures for reduction of piling up amount of steel and increase of use cycle are put forward and thereupon the separated guard of the 7th stand is changed into the torsion roll set type whole set guard and is applied to the on-site production and thereby the problem of frequently piling up of steel and short cycle of use is solved.In this way not only the availability of the high speed wire rod mill can be raised,but the production cost also saved.
