摘要 武汉钢铁股份有限公司轨梁生产线引进德国西马克公司的平立复合矫直机矫直辊在生产中常发生破损事故,从矫直辊材质选择、孔型设计、矫直受力、来料要求等方面分析了矫直辊破损的原因,并针对这些原因提出了改进措施。通过这些措施的实施,矫直辊破损现象明显减少,提高了矫直辊的使用寿命,降低了重轨的生产成本。 In the process of rolling operation breaking out accident frequently occurs in the vertical and horizontal straightening roll introduced for the rail beam line of WISCO from SMS Meer Company in Germany.The present paper analyzes the origin of the straightening roll breaking accident proceeding from material selection,roll pass design,load bearing and incoming material requirements of the straightening roll and then in light of the above mentioned factors a few improvement measures are put forward.By implementation of those measures the roll breaking phenomenon is obviously reduced and the service life of the roll prolonged and the production cost of the heavy rail lowered accordingly.
