摘要
为了提高水果的保藏效率、延长保鲜期,介绍了气调储藏的原理是抑制水果呼吸作用、抑制生长激素的产生和抑制微生物的生长繁殖,气调储藏分类有自发气调储藏和人工气调储藏,认为水果气调储藏的优点有:储藏时间长、保鲜效果好、减少储藏损失、货架期长以及"绿色"储藏等。
In order to enhance the efficiency of fruit storage,and prolong its shelf life,the modified-atmosphere storage can be utilized.The principles of modified-atmosphere storage include suppressing fruit respiration,inhibiting growth hormone-release,preventing the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.The modified-atmosphere storage can be classified into the natural type and the controlled type.The advantages of fruit modified-atmosphere storage can be justified as a longer storage period,a better storage effect,less storage loss,a longer shelf life and green storage etc.
