摘要
对碳纤维与树脂界面上发生的铺展作用进行了详细研究。分析了时间和温度对树脂在涂层表面铺展作用的影响。结果表明:升高温度有利于铺展行为的发生,且温度升到70℃以上时铺展速度迅速增加。温度对铺展的影响主要体现在铺展作用发生的前1000s之内,铺展时间超过1000s以后,铺展速度逐渐趋于0。
The spreading behavior of resin on the interface of carbon fiber was investigated in detail. The effects of resin spreading time and ambient temperature on the resin spreading on coating layer were analyzed. It was demonstrated that the temperature was favorable to resin spreading and the spreading speed increased rapidly when the temperature was above 70℃. The spreading speed was affected only by the temperature in 1000s when the resin spreading started. The spreading speed reduced to 0 when the spreading time passed 1000s.
