摘要
探讨了四种不同单体配比(甲基丙烯酸/甲基丙烯腈)对PMI泡沫塑料结构和性能的影响。结果发现随着单体配比的增加PMI泡沫塑料的泡孔孔径先增大后减小,在单体配比为50/50时泡孔孔径最小。同时发现PMI的密度与泡孔孔径成反比,孔径越小,密度越大。PMI泡沫塑料的力学性能与耐热性能与其密度成正比,密度越大,其力学性能和耐热性能越好。
The effect of monomer ratio (methaerylic acid / methaerylonitrile) on structure and properties of PMI foams was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the cell size of PMI foams increased at first, then decreased with the increase of monomer ratio.The bubble diameter is the smallest in the monomer ratio of 50/50. The density of PMI foams was inversely proportional to pore size. The mechanical properties and heat resistance of PMI foam was proportional to its density, the greater of the density, the better of the mechanical properties and heat resistance.
