摘要
采用RPC工艺轧制三种不同成分的超低碳贝氏体钢,用光学金相显微镜对轧态组织进行观察和分析,研究轧态下的组织和力学性能,并对三种试样的组织和力学性能进行对比。对轧态试样进行扫描及能谱分析,评定钢中非金属夹杂物,目的在于开发一种综合性能良好的超低碳贝氏体钢。
The as-rolled microstructures of three ultra low carbon bainitic steel grades of different composition produced by RPC rolling process are observed and analyzed by means of optical metallographic microscope in order to reveal the effect of as-rolled microstructures and mechanical properties,and comparison is also made on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the specimens from the three steel grades.Assessment of non-metallic inclusions in the steel is performed by means of scanning and energy spectrum analysis methods.The aim is to develop an ultra-low carbon bainitic steel with good comprehensive properties.
