摘要
影响(微)张力减径机轧制能力的因素主要包括:单机架减径率、单机架变形量、轧制荒管规格、轧制温度、轧制速度、机架间张力等。主要研究分析在单机架减径率及变形量确定的情况下,机架间张力对轧制负荷的影响,以指导实际生产过程中如何利用张力的变化来控制减径轧制在正常负荷下的运行。结果表明:平均张力系数Zm越大,减径轧制时各机架的轧制负荷越大;平均张力系数Zm不变,各机架的轧制负荷随机架间张力增大而增大。
The factors which effect the (micro-) tension reducing mill's rolling ability are included: reducing rate of single stand, deformation quantity of single stand, the size of hollow bloom, roiling temperature, rolling speed, the tension between stands and so on. This article mainly analyzes the effect which caused by the tension between stands on the rolling load, which based on the reducing rate of single stand and the deformation quantity are confirmed, so that it can instruct how to use the tension change to control the run of reducing rolling under the normal load in actual produce process. The results show that the more even tension factor Zm is, the bigger rolling load for each stand is. When the even tension factor Zm is constant, the rolling load for each stand is increased according to the in- creased tension between each stands.
