具有三次差异驱动特征的动态综合评价方法

Method of dynamic comprehensive evaluation based on three stage difference driving features

针对现有动态综合评价方法中没有考虑被评价对象的综合评价值的整体波动的局限性,给出了具有三次差异驱动特征的动态综合评价方法.定义了"能量"消耗和"能量"消耗指数的概念,从差异驱动的角度进行线性集结,有效地对在一定时间区间内的被评价对象进行整体的动态综合评价,同时避免了直接线性相加每个时刻的综合评价值后出现排序相同的状况.最后用案例说明了该方法的有效性.

Pointed at the limitation of the existing dynamic comprehensive evaluation method without considering the overall volatility, this paper suggests a method of dynamic comprehensive evaluation based on three times difference driving features. By defining the concepts of energy consumption and energy consumption index, as well as carrying on linear aggregation from an angle of difference driving features, the method can give an overall dynamic comprehensive evaluation effectively. Meanwhile, it avoids the appearance of the same sort condition, which is caused by adding the comprehensive evaluation linearly and directly every moment. An example is given to show the efficiency of the proposed method.
