摘要
从气液传质的机理入手,将喷淋液分为喷淋液滴和喷淋液膜两种存在形式,进而基于双膜理论建立亚硫酸镁清液吸收SO2的数学模型,并利用新工艺过程建立亚硫酸镁湿法烟气脱硫喷淋塔实验台进行脱硫实验。结果表明,模型预测的脱硫效率与实验脱硫效率吻合得较好,模型可用于脱硫工艺的模拟计算;在合适的液气比条件下,亚硫酸镁清液法脱硫工艺的脱硫效率可达到90%以上,亚硫酸镁清液作为脱硫剂具有良好的脱硫性能,亚硫酸镁清液法脱硫工艺过程是可行的。
According to the mechanism of gas-liquid transfer and the hypothesis that spray liquid could be divided into spray droplets and liquid film,the mathematic model for SO2 absorption of magnesium sulfite(MgSO3) clear liquid was established on the basis of double-film theory.Accordingly,the desulfurization experiment was conducted with a flue gas desulfurization(FGD)spray tower using MgSO3 clear liquid.It was showed that the experimental result regarding SO2 removal rate fit the predicted result by the mathematic model pretty well,as a result,the model was used to simulate the desulfurization process.It was concluded that MgSO3 clear liquid was an absorbent of excellent performance and under suitable condition desulfurization rate could reach 90%.
