棉纱筒子染色废水污染物特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 筒子染色是棉纱的一种重要染色工艺,其工艺过程中前处理、染色和后处理工序均会产生一定量的废水。前处理废水组分复杂,含有棉纱的杂质及各类化学助剂,具有COD浓度高、pH值波动大、水温高等特性;染色废水呈现色度、pH值、COD浓度均较高的特点;后处理废水以酸洗、皂洗及上油工序中的有机物浓度最高,其它工序废水色度和COD则较低。根据这一特性,可对废水实施清、污分流,分别治理。 Package dyeing is an important process of cotton-yarn dyeing,during which an amount of wastewater is generated from three main processes such as pretreatment,dyeing and post-treatment.Characteristics of the wastewater streams from those processes are presented based on the analysis.In general,the wastewater from package dyeing features high pollutants strength,alkalinity and colourity while wastewater from other process is less polluted.Accordingly it is recommended that package dyeing wastewater be treated segmentally.
