摘要
利用铜矿尾砂、粉煤灰、水泥以及加气剂等,混合搅拌成泥浆体,振动成型,制备出低强度可控性填料(CLSM)。试验表明:以水泥12.9%、铜矿尾砂(细集料)22.6%、加气剂3.2%、粉煤灰12.9%等工业废弃物,加水48.4%,固液比控制在(14-15):(15-16)之间,制得的CLSM制品,抗压强度0.35-2.00 MPa,28 d抗压强度达0.5 MPa,具有低强度、高流动性的特点,可用于市政工程、路基填料、矿井回填等,比传统填料更有科学实用性,同时减少尾砂的环境污染,达到废弃物资源化的目的。
Experiment was done to make a new-typed controlled low strength material(CLSM)with some industrial wastes including copper ore tailing,coal fly ash and gas-filling agent,and a portion of cement as well as water.The experiment resulted in an optimum formula,with which compressive strength of the CLSM could reach the range of 0.35-2.00MPa,the 28d compressive strength being 0.5mPa.The result suggested the new CLSM featuring more of low-intensity and high-mobility than the conventional filler used in civil engineering could be used in roadbed filling and mine backfilling.
