摘要
常州市奥体中心体育馆会展中心大跨度空间钢屋盖结构中,节点采用铸钢节点,多杆连接、受力大、构造复杂。铸钢节点形态各异,有500多个型号。针对铸钢节点类型多、模型簇制作难度大、铸造工艺复杂、要求高等特点,采用消失模新技术铸造;选择典型铸钢节点实体进行"检测性试验",以验证有限元分析模型的正确性;通过结构检测,了解结构构件的实际受力状态。对模型簇成型、铸造、热处理、成品检查、验收以及焊接等环节的关键技术点实施重点监控。铸件质量符合标准规定,满足设计要求,确保了工程质量和进度。
Changzhou Olympic Stadium Exhibition Center adopts long span steel roof structure. It has the characteristics of muhiple rod connection, . big force, complex nodes which using casting steel. Various forms are more than 500 types. Because there are many cast steel types, difficult model making, complex casting, requiring higher characteristic, the lost foam technology is adopted. Typical cast steel entity is choosed to detect experimentation in order to verify the correctness of the finite element analysis model. It is obtained the actual stress of structural members by structural testing. It's key monitoring for the model cluster forming, casting, heat treatment, product inspection acceptance and the key technology of welding and other links. Castings quality meets the standard and design requirements, ensure the project quality and progress .
