RFID在混凝土试件测试中的应用

摘要 本文针对混凝土试件在试验过程中,出现试验样品被调换或某些不法承建商为使试验合格而伪造试验样品的现象,提出了用RFID电子标签及网络技术,来实现对整个试验过程的监控。文中介绍了用RFID标签植入混凝土试件中后,利用MSCT软件系统、数据库及网络站点将试验样品的制作、运送、养护、量读及压试过程实现全程监控,从而有效控制了混凝土试件的真实性和有效性,提高了试验室的测试水平及服务质量。 In laboratory concrete cubes testing,sometimes there were incidents that the original test cubes made on construction site are replaced illegally with other ones of better quality so as to obtain higher test strength to qualify the specification requirements.This article proposes a method of using RFID technology for monitoring various stages of the test,from cubes making on construction site to compression testing in laboratory.It gives details of how,by fixing a RFID tag on each test cube and the use of MSCT software system,real time test cubes information can be monitored at Website during cubes making on site and transporting to laboratory,cubes curing,dimension and weight measurements and compression testing.As a result,it guarantees the integrity of the test and enhances the quality of laboratory testing.
