摘要
在高职院校开展专业与行业对接、课程体系与工作体系对接、课程内容与岗位工作任务对接、教学过程与实践工作过程对接、构建多元教学评价体系等方面的教学模式改革与实践探索,总结出适合高职院校的工学结合人才培养模式。
The reform and practice in teaching mode have been explored in the vocational Colleges,especially in the following respects： specialty connection to industry,course system connection to work system,course content connection to work task,teaching process connection to the practice work process,constructing multiple teaching evaluation system.The teaching mode of training combined with study that is suitable for higher vocational colleges is concluded.
