高校图书馆“通借通还”服务研究——以山东大学图书馆为例

Analysis on Interlibrary Circulation Service among University Libraries——Taking the Library of Shandong University as an Example

针对山东大学图书馆在开展通借通还服务中存在的问题,提出改进通借通还服务的若干措施,包括专人专管、成立"通借通还服务专项工作小组"、完善管理机制、合理布局馆藏、优化馆藏结构、改进校区间图书调拨工作、加强馆员管理、提高馆员素质、增强馆员责任感等。

in the light of the problems existing in developing the interlibrary circulation by the library of Shandong University,this paper puts forward some measures for improving the interlibrary circulation service such as appointing a special person to be in charge of this work,establishing a special working group for interlibrary circulation service,perfecting the management mechanism,making rational layout of library collection,optimizing the collection structure,improving the books allocating work among campuses,strengthening librarians＇ management,improving librarians＇ quality,and strengthening librarians＇ sense of responsibility,etc.
