摘要
利用三带理论对鑫运煤矿上行开采的可行性进行分析,通过研究,证明先采9+10号煤层、后采3号煤层的方法是可行的,由此可知只要条件适合,采取上行式开采是安全可靠的。
This paper makes the feasibility study report about adopting upward strip mining in Xinyun Coal Mine by using three-zone theory,and through the study,proves that the method of first mining No.9 and No.10 coal seam first and then mining No.3 coal seam is feasible,therefore,if it meets favorable conditions,the upward strip mining is safe and reliable.
